The Grove  is the fastest growing technology startup in the cannabis industry. The Grove is changing the way people receive home services. Our platform allows customers  to purcahse hand blended tea (with free cannabis gifts) delivered by friendly, background-checked drivers from local  grow operations. For customers, they turn to The Grove for a great experience that provides them with a delivery services  within the district and on non-federal property. With a seamless 60-second ordering process,  and secure payment, The Grove is the premier, trusted platform for busy people everywhere. The Grove has facilitated over 100+ plus customers within the district and plans to expand through out the DMV as the changing laws allow.

 

With each purchase of tea, customers receive an FREE gift of cannabis that pairs with a selected tea blends. Each tea offered on the site is paired with a recommended  free cannabis gift that is comparable in effect of the blended tea. The tea strains range from black teas, which are paired with a gifted sativa strain, or a calming herbal blend that are gifted with a Indica strain.

The Grove helps people in need get cannabis as quickly and easily as possible. We offer premium service and products, and we take great care to ensure that. Safety  is our first priority.

About DC cannabis laws

In November 2014, District voters approved the Legalization of Possession of Minimal Amounts of Marijuana for Personal Use Initiative (commonly known as Initiative 71). The new law became effective on February 26, 2015. As a result, it is legal for a person who is at least 21 years old to possess two ounces or less of marijuana and/or transfer one ounce or less of marijuana to another person who is at least 21 years old, so long as there is no payment made or any other type of exchange of goods or services. A person can still be arrested for selling any amount of marijuana to another person, possessing more than two ounces of marijuana, operating a vehicle or boat under the influence of marijuana, or smoking, eating, or drinking marijuana – or holding or carrying a lighted roll of paper or other lighted smoking equipment filled with marijuana – in any public space.

In accordance to DC law, The Grove does not sale marijuana or cannabis products. We are only allowed to gift (up to an oz) of cannabis to individuals overs the age of 21. To learn more, please visit https://mpdc.dc.gov/marijuana

 

Delivery Guidelines

Delivery hours range from 12-9PM with a surcharge amount for deliveries after 9PM.  Deliveries are made within the hour but due vary based on traffic and order volume. The Grove will only deliver to a residence, work location  or and established business location. Our drivers will not be in uniform or in a marked car. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices. Deliveries are packaged in discreet paper bags. Customers must be over the age 21 and must have valid ID on hand before delivers are made. All orders must be made through the site (www.yourgrove.com) or the mobile application (coming soon). Maximum order is 1 oz./flowers or 20 edibles, or an equal combination of those items/quantities.

Missed Deliveries

If you do not answer the phone or text messages for your scheduled delivery within 15 minutes, we will charge a re-delivery fee of $5. This does not apply to on-demand deliveries. In turn, if your scheduled delivery does not arrive by its proposed day, we will credit your account for a future discounted purchase.

Tipping

For those of you who have been asking, the answer is yes! Our drivers do accept cash tips upon completed delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a follow-up email once it’s been processed and out for delivery.
WHAT DOES “SOLD OUT” MEAN?
Sold out mean we have reached our daily limit and we’ll be back ASAP.

Anywhere in the District of Columbia! (except federal property.)

Your order will be processed and delivered within the hour.
